Great Service, Fast shipping, good price, OK product

I have to admit I prefer vallejo paints to reaper and was looking to purchase vallejo's 16 color Face/skin set. However, most of my regular suppliers were out and amazon's price was too high. I settled on the 6 color fair/rosy skin set and the 16 color #3 set (mostly skin tones) from reaper. The reaper sets mostly concentrated on normal human skin tones but provided a highlight and a shadow color for most of them. Th the vallejo set includes more base colors including several that are only seen amoung fantasy races (green flesh, purple, violet, orange) and instead has a couple of colors you can use to lighten and darken these to get highlights and shading. If you are wanting to use the paint straight from the bottle without any mixing and you are doing human flesh tones, reaper has you covered. If you are painting a wider variety of creatures and are comfortable mixing paint. Stick with Vallejo as you get a more versatile set of colors. That said, the reaper paint went on like butter and provided ok coverage, striking a middle ground between a paint that need to be built up in layers to blend colors and one that covers well for base coats. Note I did not add any thinner but was using a wet pallet and may have occasionally picked up some water with the brush from around the paper.
