This dinosaur was about 30 feet long, 10 feet tall and weighed 4 to 6 tons. Stout limbs supported its girth but it was unlikely the dinosaur could move very quickly. Like a modern-day rhinoceros, it probably spent much of its time grazing on plant matter.

Have built about 30 Metal Earth models and the T.Rex remains one of my favorites. Definitely in my top five. I highly recommend this model, it takes at least a few hours to build but is easily worth it at the end, be very slow and careful especially on the leg pieces. If you haven't built any Metal Earth models, start with an easier one like some of the landmarks. Pippd displays the difficulty level in each listing and you can confirm them on the Metal Earth site. Pippd has the best deals around and the best selection I've seen. Also make sure you have some needle nose pliers, I use the set that Pippd sells on the site, made by Metal Earth. Just placed an order for 14 models from them. Looking forward to building all of them! Pippd has absolutely amazing customer service, they ship quickly and carefully and are super friendly. Thank you!
