    No, all figures included are assembled.
  • What kind of paint should I use?
    Acrylic paint: specifically, look for acrylic paints that are made for plastic miniature painting (The Army Painter Paints, Reaper Miniature Paints, Acrylicos Vallejo, Games Workshop Paints, etc).
  • Are there bases included for the figures?
    Yes, each figure has a built-in base (no gluing the figure to the base required since they are built-in)!
  • What scale are these?
    The manufacturer doesn't provide this information. The dogs range from about 14mm to 28mm tall, not including the 3mm tall built-in base, so you can probably use them in a variety of applications (for example: they may run a little large for 25mm/28mm scale campaigns if you want a realistically sized companion but being a bit larger probably makes sense because these are no ordinary house dogs!).
