Shipping Price Changes Effective Friday, Dec 11

Due to carrier rate increases, Pippd must also increase the free shipping threshold and the flat rate shipping price as follows:

Free 1-4 Day Shipping at $45 (was $35)
$7.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $45 (was $6.95)

These price changes will go into effect Friday, Dec. 11 CST.
