- For orders placed in November & December 2021: free return and full refund for unused, unopened items if the return is requested by January 31, 2022 and shipped back within 14 days of return request.
- There may be an amount deducted, up to 50% of the original item cost, if:
- item is opened and/or used,
- the return is requested after Jan 31, 2022,
- the return is shipped back to us after 14 days of requesting the return.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1 business day upon receipt of returned item(s).
- One free return is offered per order.
Please note
- Regarding orders containing multiple items that received free shipping: for any item kept, the amount of shipping that would have been charged initially will be deducted from the products returned.
- Original shipping charge will not be refunded for paid expedited services.
