Each color's place value:
White: 0 to 9
Green: 00 to 99
Red: 000 to 900
Yellow: 0000 to 9000
Roll all four dice, and put each color dice in its place value. Example: To roll a 0 each dice must land on: white=0, green=00, red=000, yellow=0000. To roll 5621, white=1, green=20, red=600, yellow=5000.
